Under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic, on October 20th the 25th edition of the Week of the Italian Language in the World (SLIM) will be celebrated with the concert “L’Italiano all’Opera” in the beautiful Auditorium of the @shaikh_ebrahim_center
 
This year’s theme, “ITALOPHONIA: Language Beyond Borders,” honored the global reach of the Italian language and its vibrant cultural, linguistic, and social dimensions
 

The evening is also a tribute to Italian opera singing, officially recognized as part of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2023.
 
The concert features soprano Cristiana Arcari and pianist Andrea Vigna Taglianti, performing timeless masterpieces by Vivaldi, Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini, Verdi, Puccini, and Tosti.
